The main reducer is the main component that reduces the speed and increases the torque in the drive train, and also has the effect of changing the direction of torque rotation when the engine is positioned vertically. It relies on the gear with fewer teeth and more teeth of the gear to achieve deceleration, the use of bevel gear transmission can change the direction of torque rotation. The position of the main reducer before the power is shunt to the drive wheel is conducive to reducing the torque transmitted by the transmission components in front of it (such as the clutch, transmission, drive shaft, etc.), thus reducing the size and quality of these components.
